What you’ll be doing
- Manage and oversee all operational activities, including job scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project coordination and timely completion
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Managing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Identify and implement process improvements, technological innovations, and best practices to enhance the company’s competitive edge
